Well this is a remix competition with a difference. The normal process is an artist releases all the parts for one of their better tracks and all the blog house producers of the world chop the shit out of it with, let’s face it, generally sub-par results.
As a slight change of pace Southern Fried Records have created a remix competition whereby producers can submit their tracks to be remixed by “The One” Shinichi Osawa and then released through Southern Fried. It’s a pretty great opportunity so if you’re making your own music or know someone who is you definitely need to check this out.
I’m looking forward to seeing the results…
