A very interesting article on the music industry as reported by the Digital Music Forum East was on Wired.com today. It raised some interesting points from the point of view of both existing ‘old-school’ players and the digital guys as well.

after the death of our pink porky friend last year, i was directed towards this piece about the inability of the music industry to adapt to the needs and practices of the digital generation. it’s lengthy, but exceptionally lucid well-written. and makes me feel much better about my waffles addiction.
