I was at a club a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday night. It was pretty early on in the night and while the upstairs floor space was full it wasn’t packed and you could have a decent conversation with the people around you.
As soon as this track came on people livened up a little but kept on with whatever bullshit story they were spinning. But the amazing and surreal thing was that when the clapping started up in the track everyone, including me, followed suit in an almost nonchalant way and stopped perfectly on time. It was like something out of a video clip but it seems to happen in a lot of places where you get like minded people together and I love it.
