It’s a bit wanky, what with the grainy filters and pouty models getting their babylons out for zero reason whatsoever, but fun all the same. And oooeeeee, the track really winds up into something quite special towards the end.

Nice video – but I always thought, based on the video for Sometimes and rumours floating around at the time, that some kind of interweaving story was going to be integrated into successive videos. Maybe not though. Sexy piece in its own right though.

Well we’ve been bloggin for a year and a half now which is actually a really long time.

We’ve had ups and plenty of downs (damn you Dreamhost!) and now we’re working towards ramping everything up with a new design. We’ve also signed up to an advertising network called Mr Chop who have helped us out with a bunch of campaigns including one for iRiver and one for Miami Horror.

Channeling Giorgio Moroder and almost every film clip from the 80′s Miami Horror has just released the video for “Don’t Be On With Her” off of his debut e.p, which is being released tomorrow.

The clip is also the debut of the Miami Horror band including Josh from the Peacocks on frontman duties and Ooh-ee on drums.

You can catch the live show later this month to promote the e.p. or hang out for the only festival with a decent lineup, Good Vibrations, in February next year.

I just wrote a really long post about how I am getting back into last.fm after being away for it for so long and about how awesome the track selection was at the moment, rocking out in my kitchen.

Then I realised it was my itunes playing, not last.fm at all. True. Story.

I have been rocking a couple of Miami Horror tracks of late, particularly his remix of Codebreakers “Exile” which was a bit of a creeper for me.

The Dirty Secrets remixes on the other hand I wasn’t all that into. Their original tracks and stage show are impressive from memory but the remix by the Knife Machine didn’t rock my socks at all. Don’t get me wrong, I love them as DJ’s and I turn into Pavlov’s dog at the thought of a Lost Valentino’s album but this track sucked.

So when I saw that Miami Horror had also done a remix of the Dirty Secrets I was keen to see if it worked. And it does.
