<p>In one of my <a href="http://electrorash.com/songs-from-3-continents/">first posts</a> I wrote about a guy called <a href="http://www.myspace.com/theverybestmyspace">Esau Mwamwaya</a>, a Malawian singer whose chance encounter with one of Radioclit turned into a musical adventure taking in all bongo-bothering things that Radioclit are known for plus a bit more on the side.</p>
<p>Whilst an album is on the way, in the meantime the guys have realised a mixtape, including some of the tracks that have been doing the blog rounds for a while and a few new cuts.</p>
<p>Originally intending for release on Nov 1st, the tape has found it&#8217;s way online and is getting support from all the right people. Esau&#8217;s already been on the cover of the Fader,  and <a href="http://gorillavsbear.blogspot.com/2008/10/esau-mwamwaya-radioclit-very-best.html">Gorilla vs Bear</a> seem intent on making him 2009&#8242;s M.I.A.</p>
<p><strong>Oh, and did I say it&#8217;s the most uplifting thing you&#8217;ll hear all year. </strong></p>
