Not that I thought I’d see myself doing requests, but my interest was piqued when I received an email asking about minimal mega-teamSupermayer’s remix of the seemingly everywhere ‘Heart’s a Mess’ by Melbourne’s Gotye (the exceptional Ocelot remix of which has been previously profiled here). A little bit of exploration later and I discover not only that particular gem, but also Supermayer’s similarly under-publicised remix of Rufus Wainwright’s ‘Tiergarten’. And best of all, they’re both stunning. And epic. The Rufus one clocks in at 13 minutes. Whew. Perfect fodder for your Saturday afternoon. Settle in with some chocolate and wine or something.
