I can’t believe I let this one pass me by - Breakbot has dropped a new remix!
The track takes me back to earlier times, the late 70’s and early 80’s when everything was about those funky, smooth basslines and complementary synths. When a 4/4 drumbeat and some simple vocals was all you needed.
And when the lyrics had meaning.
The remix is, in typical Breakbot style, very cool and chilled out. It reminds me of the tracks Justice chose as their all time Top 5 songs to get them dancing.
I will definitely be checking out more Pacific! as should you on their myspace here.They are signed to our favourite record label Moshi Moshi (natch) so expect to hear more of them on electrorash.
