Well we all know that I’m in love with everything the prolific Blake Miller (Weird Science/Moving Units) does, so when he announced on Monday the beginning of yet another project, I got a bit excited. This time he’s teamed up with the 24-year-old platinum-haired Dylan Eiland aka DJ DJ Dylan aka Le Castle Vania, to form the super-duo, Lies in Disguise (oh it rhymes!). They’ve started things off by remixing the “slightly hetero focused” debut single, Penis vs Vagina, from adorable/insufferable British electro outfit/Toys R Us advocates, Partyshank, and if I had a copy of the remix, I’d post it for you. Unfortunately until Lies in Disguise officially release it on So Sweet Records (THE new record label to keep your eyes on) they’re being fiercely protective of it and haven’t released it in any form other than on their Myspace page, so you’re all just going to have to check it out there. Don’t worry, it’ll be worth it, I promise. And if I had a copy of the original track I’d post that for you too. Only I don’t. Ugh. So I’ll post some other kinda relevant stuff instead.
