Plant Music dropped a bunch of new remixes from Lenka’s second single ‘Trouble is a Friend’ in blogger’s mailboxes around the world last night. These remixes weren’t planned for official release, but they’ve set them free anyways. And who would we be to let all that hard work go to waste…

Before you get any of these, make sure you grab the superb and well and truly released Eli Escobar remix.

Paul Mac, Gandalf the Grey of Australian dance music, has delivered an ethereal dirty disco jam that doesn’t quite bang but doesn’t quite groove, so I’m not quite sure how I feel about it.. but Paul Mac is a legend in his own disco-biscuit munching lunchtime, so we should all pay our blog respects ie: download this song, play it once and promptly forget about it.

Here’s a real oldy from Decoder Ring’s Somersault LP, which remains to this day one of the best movie soundtracks I’ve ever heard. Amazing stuff. Heidi’s Theme gets me everytime.. it’s well worth picking up.
