What happens when a band that you hate start a side project. Well, by default, you hate it. Such was the case with Jackson Jackson, comprised of the most annoying guy from Australian festival sluts The Cat Empire and some other guy.
Well.. I must admit ‘All Alone‘, the first single from their album ‘Tools of Survival’, is very catchy… great vocal hook and arresting production.
Some anonymous nice lady called Victoria Khroundina dropped this new Grafton Primary remix of All Alone into our inbox with the following note:

It’s actually a great remix, doesn’t quite reach the heights of their much-lauded Faker remix, but a great return to the blog-hause arena from Grafton Primary none-the-less.
But I still can’t get over the Cat Empire connection. They suck so hard.

Yeah, I found myself in a similar position with this band, but their second single is all timbalandy and I can’t hate it even when I’m trying my hardest.
Don’t be a hater… it’s not cool. Plus hating things will make you miserable. Trust me, dig it or ignore it… don’t hate it.
