I defy you to find a picture of a happier rabbit. Seriously, this shit makes me want to quit my job, say goodbye to all my friends, and become one. Then I’d move out of home and into some kickass meadow, where I’d run around all day and bite things. That grass looks delicious.
Umm, music…
Obviously when you’re on holidays, the music doesn’t stop. So here are a few tracks that cropped up in the last week or so for those of you who missed them because you were too busy inhaling champagne, frolicking on beaches, and having the kind of blackouts you can really only justify when you’re still in high school.
Starting off with a remix of a track that has been for months near impossible to avoid when out, but because it’s so much fun I usually refrain from making snarky comments when the DJ (you know who you are!) plays it twice in one set – Mind Dimension. Dubai resident, Darling Farah, reigns the whole thing in a little, lending his techno-flavoured expertise to Tiga’s heavier original.

Next up there’s the adorable track, Microphone, which I totally should hate on principle because it’s by Jason Schwartzman aka Coconut Records and he gives me the creeps. That said, Microphone is a sweet acorn of a song, and infuriatingly likeable. It will be featured on his upcoming self-released Davy EP.
Thanks Hyperbole.
And finally, from Buffetlibre’s Rewind 2, Diamond Cut’s cover of Womack & Womack’s Teardrops. Another perfect example of his deft producing skills and keen ear for a brilliant melody. Keep an eye on this one is all I’m saying.

That Diamond Cut Teardrops remix is the bomb. A bit cheesy, but hey, we can work with cheese. Played it last nite, everyone loved it.
