Another stellar indication of the US’s healthy underground scene drops tomorrow – we checked out a crew from Boston last week, now we’re heading to Chicago.
Ghetto Divison is a new label featuring established and fledgling contributors to the Chicago underground rave sound. Their first release is a compilation boasting house monsters from Rob 3, Rampage, Charlie Glitch and Louie Cue (who’s contribution sounds like Electrophone 2010…)
Of course, there’s a couple freebies for you from the fresh blood you’ll be hearing on future Ghetto Division releases.
Rob Threezy – La Chalupa (The Blaxicans Remix)
Louie Cue – The Feedback (M-Dok Remix)
The Ghetto Division LP is out on May 25th from Beatport
And while you’re at it, check out some more of Charlie Glitch’s caper – I like the cut of that lad’s jib ay. ay? yay.
