Thanks to the wonderful Goss for hooking us up with this corker courtesy of (my favourite) tech-house bro, Style Of Eye. You all know the tune, you know it kicks and you know you want this so go grab it.
Fake Blood – Mars (Style of Eye’s Tool For School Remix)
It’s part of a new boom-boom-pow remix package from Cheap Thrills featuring Boy 8-Bit, Jack Beats, Style of Eye’s Edit To Debit Remix as well as the Hervé Re-Fix you may remember from the biggest compilation since 100% Hits Of Autumn 2008, Hervés ‘Ghetto Bass’… a compilation made remarkable not just for it’s ghetto sensibility, but also for its generous bass.

Speaking of Ghetto Bass – here’s a generous remix, courtesy of the merry marauders over at Palms Out, from my second favourite Tech House bros du-jour, Zombie Disco Squad. I can back up that claim, cause I own the T-shirt. Yessir, that thin membrane of cotton makes me a bigger fan than you.
It’s a remix of rando-disco-jam outfit Hess Is More, who I’ve just decided I’d very much like to see live.
Hess Is More – Ssshhhh (Zombie Disco Squad Remix)
And.. on a bit more of an electro-house (remember how hot that word used to be?) tip than usual, Mowgli’s contributed a bumping little remix of Birdy Nam Nam’s Parachute Ending. Does some nice things with the riff towards the end there.
Birdy Nam Nam – The Parachute Ending (Mowgli Remix)
To be honest, this just makes me want a new Minimow release now now now…
More remixes of Nam Nam’s will be on the blogs very soon, keep an eye out.
And if you haven’t seen the video clip for Parachute Ending, stop being a mentalist and watch it right down thurrr. It’s like that South Park episode about cheesing.
