Everyone likes free shit. Even better when it is free stuff that you might normally pay for. So this post is here for me to give you free stuff.
First up: the always entertaining Pedestrian magazine are going back to their roots and pumping out another of their DVD zines. The best part is you don’t have to fight over them at the local Cheap Monday outlet - they will send you a hard copy in the mail. Like in your mailbox. And you can watch it on your DVD player or whatever. Cool, huh? Just go here and tell them where to send it, so long as it’s in Australia: http://www.pedestriangroup.com.au/freedvd/.
This month’s Pedestrian includes segments with The Presets, Cool Kids, The Teenagers, Black Lips, The Rapture, Midnight Juggernauts, Klaxons and Pnau.
Secondly we have 5 copies of Tricky’s new album “Knowles West Boy”. I’ve listened to this a couple of times over the last week and am digging it. To win a copy of the album just tell me in 2 words or less why you like Tricky via email at ned@electrorash.com. Don’t forget to send me your address too (not included in the 2 words).
So yeah, free shit Friday is offically open. Go to it.

Hi! It’s The Lemur over @ The Lemur Blog http://thelemurblog.blogspot.com/
Sunday July 27 is my birthday and I’m reaching out with this mass-created message to all 100-something blogs in my blogroll asking them to send me a nice birthday track! I would like a track to thelemurblog@hotmail.com by Sunday, when I will be posting all tracks in a nice mix - of course linking to the blogs by their respective tracks! Thanks in advance!
Yours sincerely, The Lemur
It’s “Knowle West Boy” (no ’s’)
