I don’t think it would be an exaggeration to say that there’s an epic battle being waged for the soul (or tracks) of Diamond Cut, and in this case, the dastardly but lovable Aleks Discodust well and truly beat us to the punch, even despite my girlish charms. Still, it doesn’t make this remix any less special, and shows exactly what this boy can do when he’s given free reign. It’s all innocent heartbreak and subtle pathos and sounds exactly like a couple of lonely swifts trying to find each other in an enormous ice cavern, turning the stalactites into pretty chimes as they brush past them on their tiny frozen wings. (Don’t worry, they will find each other, just not before this song is done.)
Keep an eye out here for more Diamond Cut news soon, and be sure to say hello at his Myspace page here.

Every next Diamond Cut track (despite that they are obviously a great music-makers) is deadly and without doubt looking and “feeling” the same as any their previous one work posted on the web.. Their tracks and remixes lately are soooo similar against each other as two peas of water, so that lately i just almost cannot distinguish and separate one their playing track from other.. The biggest “scourge” of an modern electronic scene is when the artist, after making a great track that became an kind of a hit, later continue producing music in such a similar style, trying to stay on a wave and be tuned on the same “sounding” that made him/her popular, that finally music that coming out this way is identical to any of his/her previous work as Siamese twins.
Even if it sounds well-made, it’s just becomes boring, guys.

You didn’t get enough of a reaction from this comment on Discodust already, Lemondresser?
Your comment here was posted earlier, my dear )
My point is still valid.
