I’d like to think this is preview of what’s to come when Daft Punk tour Australia for the phenomenal Never Ever Land festival in December. Just the thought of it makes me happy.
I’d also be pretty happy if someone got me one of their ‘back up helmets.’ Very happy indeed.

I actually don’t want to listen to this in case it is the same set everywhere they play and just some young french dudes in those costumes.
That would be like seeing a movie with your friends and then telling that girl that you like “sure, I would love to watch Game Plan starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson” just because you don’t want to admit that you watched THAT movie with your friends.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m slightly impressed that you managed to fit Daft Punk AND Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson into the one thought process… Well, I would be if I wasn’t so horrified.
Dude, why don’t you specify if it’s the same live set they play everywhere they go ?

We would love to be able to do this but we don’t know yet. From the bits of other recordings I have heard there are some similarities but this is the only full live recording out there at the moment.
As I said, I personally am going to wait to see them live before listening to anything like this in its entirety.
Maybe someone who has seen the show can help us out?

It wasn’t a lazy post, it was interesting - I hadn’t seen that live recording before and I am sure others wanted to hear it. Plus the post was marked with “short post” - that takes you off the hook. hahaha

dont want to be pedantic but i do believe the mp3 youve got their is vegoose,not mexico city. See i have vegoose twice already-once under the real name and then again under the name DaftPunkLiveMexicoCity.mp3…which is the name your file is sporting.2+2 means vegoose bootleg.
You could be right, can you upload your vegoose recording?
It could also be that they played the same show in both cities. Either way I can’t imagine that there is much difference city to city and my Mexican friends are yet to call us out on having a fake bootleg.
