John Talabot hits Melbourne
John Talabot’s album “ƒin” has been getting an absolute thrashing since I got my hands on it a little over a week ago. I’ll also be seeing him at Laneway on Saturday. But there is no such thing as too much Talabot so I’ll be at this on Friday night. Good times.
JAGWAR MA
New project from Jono Ma, formerly of The Valentinos/The Lost Valentinos/Valentines Day: The Movie. Perhaps it [...]

Broken Hearted is the second video in the Gold on Gold video collaboration series between the hypertalented Alex Goddard and the super-hawt right now Aussies Clubfeet It’s a bit wanky, what with the grainy filters and pouty models getting their babylons out for zero reason whatsoever, but fun all the same. This is the second edition of FoT’s radio show, and some of the tracks in here.. oh boy oh boy oh boy… aural euphoria wall-to-wall. The Guestlist – 22/April/2011 by [...]
Mega Mystery Band
My friend at l is being a poof and not telling me and I like the patience and drive to research/work it out myself. The song is great, the video is hipster twaddle – so the first thing I’d do if I were to get all House MD up on this mystery would be to [...]
YouTube Symphony
The YouTube Symphony set-up shop in Sydney this year – Tourism Australia had the cute idea of partnering artists from the Symphony with established Australian indy artists, throw them around the countryside and see what kind of music popped out the otherside. Andy Bull, Cullen, Luke Webb and some lad called Everett Smith were the [...]
