Good lord, I adore this track. Kings of Leon are gearing up to release their fourth album, Only By the Night on the 23rd September. This album pleasantly surprised me by being really quite gorgeous, as I wasn't so much into the lead single, Sex on Fire, which to be honest felt a little dated. Alright so I haven't been following any of this at all, but then I heard Ricochet and I thought I'd better try and catch up pretty fast. Rumour has it that the darling of Shiny Toy Guns, vocalist Carah Faye Charnow, voluntarily left/was asked to leave because she wanted to move to Sweden for her husband. Fair enough, I suppose. I first heard of Sam Sparro through Russ Chimes' remix of "Black and Gold" and now he is coming to Australia for shows in Sydney and Melbourne. Oh good lord where have I been?! Is this some kind of ridiculously fantastic dream?! Looks like a couple of weeks ago some info about the first single from DatA's debut album (due to be released later this year) was revealed.
