Personal favourite Breakbot is set to tour Australia in April with good friends Pnau. Last week the Breakbot remix of Pnau’s Baby got mad-blogged and on the weekend I heard it in at least a half dozen different sets around the place. It’s blowing up.
But it isn’t the first time that Breakbot has worked with Pnau’s Nick Littlemore. Back in 2005 Breakbot posted a blog and bulletin seeking vocalists for a new production project. One of the respondents was “Nico” from Teenager. At least one track came out of this collaboration though it’s yet to see the light of day. Maybe sometime during the Bots tour of Australia they will have time to work on more music and bring us another gem like this.
