Sometime last year, I think around October, a whole bunch of people started raving on to me about the Galvatrons and telling me to go see their shows. Apparently they were packing out and just playing a really solid live show. A month later they signed to Warner Music and have been on the go since then…

I found it really refreshing that the band had an indie fan base and wasn’t just some pop manipulation. This is especially amazing considering they are doing to hair metal what Wolfmother did to Led Zeppelin. Now I just have to put up with all those people gloating about how they knew them before they hit the bigtime.

Here is the Bagraiders remix of one of their tracks which is pretty sweet. I swiped it off of Waves At Night a day after they played an awesome show at Eurotrash and meant to post it earlier but whatever.
