Webcastr.com have obtained exclusive rights to the preview for Daft Punk’s upcoming Alive 2007 DVD of their August Brooklyn gig.
The footage is compiled from 250 hand-held cameras shot by the attending audience and directed by Olivier Gondry, the older and lesser Gondry. The format will be familiar to anyone who saw 2006’s Awesome! I Fuckin’ [...]
It was a pretty dismal effort in sampling Daft Punk, but Kanye gets away with this one. I find it wicked boring and strange that DP even bothered letting him use their sht and getting their video doubles to appear in this clip.
