Hello all, another introduction. Hello my name is Christen and i love music, and this is some music i like. Twist Oliver Twist! hail from my sleepy little home town of Brisbane. I have enjoyed watching these guys grow over the last year and a half, their songwriting has noticeably matured since winning the Brisbane leg of Triple J’s Unearthed Parklife competition (which some may consider to be a burden rather than a blessing) and according to all accounts from their recent EP launch, so has their live show. Upon first listen to the EP, ‘Life is War’ jumped straight out at me, has a bit of a Placebo vibe to it.
